What I collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your organization, your work email address, an optional indication of how many people touch the workflow, and the free-text description of where your team's hours go. Nothing else is gathered, and there is no account to create.
How it is used
I use that information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to scope the engagement. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. The only third party that touches it is the form-delivery service that routes the submission to my email inbox. You will not be added to a mailing list.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. If we do work together, correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterward as part of the ordinary business record, then deleted.
Requesting deletion
Email lida@michaudops.com and ask me to delete your information, or to send you a copy of what I hold. No particular form of words is needed. I will confirm in writing within thirty days.
Safeguards
Personal information is handled in line with the Massachusetts data security regulation, 201 CMR 17.00. In practice that means access is limited to me, the information is held in access-controlled accounts protected by strong authentication, it is encrypted in transit and at rest, it is collected only to the extent reasonably necessary for the inquiry, and it is disposed of when it is no longer needed. If I ever learn of unauthorized access to your personal information, I will notify you and the Commonwealth as the regulation requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. There is nothing to opt out of.
